Due to the artisanal nature of our products, minor variations are natural and part of the charm. However, we understand that issues may occasionally arise. Please review our return and refund policy below:


1. Returns Eligibility

You may request a return only under the following conditions:

  • The product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • You notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original invoice/order confirmation.
  • Products marked as “Made to Order”, customized, or clearance sale items are not eligible for return unless damaged during delivery.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at tejainternationalpvt.ltd25@gmail.com with:
    • Your order number
    • A brief description of the issue
    • Clear photos showing the damage or defect
  2. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
  3. If approved, we will arrange for a pickup of the product or guide you through the return steps.

3. Refund Policy

  • Upon successful inspection and acceptance of the returned item, your refund will be processed.
  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (e.g., credit/debit card, UPI, net banking).
  • Please allow 4-5 business working days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:

  • Slight color or design variations in handcrafted products
  • Damage due to misuse, improper handling, or installation
  • Products that have been used or altered post-delivery
  • Custom-made or personalized products

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them by emailing us at tejainternationalpvt.ltd25@gmail.com.
  • After 24 hours, or if the order has already been processed/shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
  • Refunds for cancelled orders (if applicable) will follow the same refund policy mentioned above.
